I ordered at about 6pm, and the watch was in my hands the next day at 11:00 a.m. Shipping was excellent as the watch was packaged perfectly. It came in the original Chanel Box, with all the papers except for the Chanel Warranty card. However, as a gray market watch, I knew that would not be included. The watch was brand new with the plastic film on the crystal and the back of the watch. Very, very nice. I put it in my safe for a few days and then gave it to my wife. She loved it, but decided she would rather have a piece of jewelry instead. She doesn't share my love affair with fine timepieces. I boxed it back up and send it back to Amazon. I was refunded the entire purchase price, plus the $3.99 prime shipping without any hassle.I've bought a lot of fine watches in the past 10 or so years.
